I mentioned the theme of 2012 was patience right? On Friday we finally wrapped up another thing we've been working on for about a year. Spencer has taken an offer to start a new job! He will stay adjunct at RAND, because we love them and they have been so good to us, and hopefully he'll be able to keep his faculty status at Harvard; but is super excited to start working with Vanguard Health Systems. Friday night he celebrated by taking the girls to a Daddy Daughter Valentine's Dance at our church. I haven't seen Spencer this relaxed in a very long time. He makes the transfer in just three weeks and it is going to mean some fairly big changes in our work/life balance; but for this weekend we've decided to put off that particular stress and celebrate!

Woohoo!! I was just reading about Vanguard. Who was it he met with that had been out of the country for a while? Also, I know you've been taking more pictures with your new camera.. Lets see some more of you all :) I'm just obsessed with you guys NBD
