I have a self diagnosed case of cynophobia; I'm afraid of dogs. Did you also know that I run outside a few days of the week year round? I would have guessed that this combination would have broken me, that I would have just gotten over it, but apparently I am a hopeless case. So when I was out running this morning I heard the familiar shuffling of leaves and I immediately jumped into the gutter only to see a wild turkey pop out of the bushes. This was a first. I might be less scared of turkeys, because they look SO stupid.

remember that one time we were all walking back from somewhere in the hills and Kim jumped out doing her all-too-real dog bark noise? That was one of the best moments of my life. Sorry it was at your expense.
Kim's dog noise is AMAZING, I'm sure it was hilarious watching me jump!
