I'd be a proud Momma either way, but the fact they all wore their hats really sealed the deal.
P.S. Anna walked a two mile hike all by herself, this is a first. Her mother has learned a bit more about the fine art of bribery - lollipops at the half way marker.
thats awesome! where is this hike?? we almost did one last weekend but ended up doing something else... we heard there are some good ones in malibu, but the one you did looks perfect!
from Lorena: Andrea, your blog is tortuous for me. I so miss those trails and that California landscape and the smells and the beautiful vistas you get of the ocean along the way. I would say I've been on that exact trail in your picture a hundred times, but they all sort of look the same out there, don't they? I can think of like 10 different trails I think that might be. Impressive little hikers you are raising. Impressive that you hiked 2 miles with a baby bjorn - I think that would kill my back. Have you tried mtn biking those trails yet?
My mtn bike is in sad shape, I certainly should fix it and ride it out there, but I haven't. It's the hike at Charmlee in Malibu, very doable with kids. My friend and I took our six kids and they all did great.
Hey all you hikers....that baby is just too cute as are his sisters! What a fun time you must have had hiking. Grandma wants to go on one when you come to Utah...do you think we could make it all the way to timpanogas!!! Ha ha ha

WOW! 2 miles?? That is seriously impressive. And, is that the ocean in the background? Sheesh you're lucky to live where you do. Plus you're hot.
