31 weeks, measuring at 31 weeks.
Visits to vascular surgeon - 1
Dresses returned because I resemble a whale - just 1, well in the last 24 hrs
Last time I vomited - two days ago
Current weight gain - 13, my goal is 20 total
Last run - yesterday, only 1.3 miles to Sarah's house
9 weeks to go!
This list covers a lot of my fitness goals for this pregnancy. I started this pregnancy heavier than I'd like, so I discussed a healthy goal with my OB and she said she was comfortable with me gaining 20. I also have a weights program I've been following, another goal. My last goal is to be able to run up until I deliver. Me running is not pretty, but it doesn't hurt and it's good for me physically and mentally so I'm happy to do it! Also, I learned a little something recently. I've had contractions before while running and my dr. suggested that it is a sign of dehydration and to drink more water. I have noticed fewer contractions recently because I've made an effort to drink more water - so here's to H20!

I'm impressed, and I am fairly certain if you've only gained 13 pounds at 31 weeks you aren't allowed to say you look like a beached whale. I gained like 35. Although I've lost 17 so far! Joy! I am impressed with any pregnant woman who runs. Way to go.
This third pregnancy experiment seems to be quite the success. If only I could keep up with you- even when not pregnant...
Wow, way to go! (On all the goals!)
You are still running? Wow I am supper impressed. I'm still trying to get back to it. You looked great when I saw you by the way.
Wow Andrea, congratulations! I didn't do any exercise whatsoever my entire pregnancy, so that is seriously impressive. Good for you!
Could you be any more rad?!?! My hat goes off to you.
holy cow you are my hero!! I had gained at least forty lbs by thirty one weeks :: defintely need to gain less next time around :) and I like the running to the end goal :: I think I may adopt it :)
Way to go Dre-Face! It's one thing to set the goals, another to keep them. Sounds like you have a pretty awesome doctor as well. Stay strong to the finish.
By the way, Rob = Lorena. I'm sure you knew that but just in case...I don't want my husband sounding like a girl.
dude, my goal is to walk 3 times a week and do weights and i get worn out just from that, you're amazing!
13 pounds?!?!!? Are you giving birth to a tadpole? Holy cow, I'm impressed. I wouldn't even know how to manage weight gain like that.
