Last night Spencer and Kate went Christmas Caroling while I stayed in and got a few much needed minutes to myself. I was doing a yoga DVD when they got home, the instructor suggested using a block, I didn't have mine out. Kate was really worried and ran and got one of her alphabet blocks and put it next to my foot. "You can use my block Mom". So sweet.

Rob and I just spent the last couple minutes trying to do the pose pictured in your post. It was akward, we both looked funny, and it hurt my wrist. But thanks for the fun.
That would be dope if you moved to DC!!! Let me know where Spencer is applying and I will personally deliver home-baked cookies to their HR people on his behalf.
