Kate's Sixth

Kate was recognized as her classes' star scientist a month or so ago, in her honor we threw her a Mad Scientist 6th Birthday Party!  It really was a super fun, super messy, time.  We made slime, we made faux snow, we had a diet coke geyser when we added mentos to a two liter, and we taught them a bit about a vortex with a tornado in a tube.  The t-shirts were my attempt at lab coats, and the sun glasses were safety goggles, in a pinch.  With all the mess making, and a 10 month old to chase down, my picture taking abilities were minimized.  Here is the meager proof we have of a majorly fun party.

What a Super-Mom you are, Andrea! And I loved seeing the similarity between you and Josh with your book lists--true cousins! I love all your pics--what an adorable family! Maybe you can give Meghan some advice for adding a third to her gang:)
