Wake Up!
I've been doing Tracy Andersen's Post-Pregnancy DVD for a bit over two weeks now and she mentions many times in her video that you have to keep doing these particular abdominal exercises to wake up muscles and get them to work for you. I just kept plugging along, sweating, and feeling sore. Well, at exactly eight weeks postpartum it hit me. The workouts totally changed and apparently some of my muscles woke up. I'm waiting for others to join the party, but it's made me excited again about exercising. Bodies are curious things.

i think i will need that too in a couple months!
YAY!! This is wonderful. I love how she says, wake up these smaller muscle groups. Make sure everything is working and moving together. I'm excited for you...you're an inspiration!
