Dodger Night

When I was little every summer I would go to a few Royals games with my Dad and if I was really lucky he would buy me a malt that would come with a little wooden spoon.  Well, the tradition continues.  This is our first family photo with the 5 of us.  It was a lovely night, even if the Dodgers got slaughtered.  A really nice man who also goes to our church mentioned to me a few days after the game that it was nice to see Kate having such a good time, she's always so prim and proper at church.  I have never heard anyone accuse Kate of being prim or proper, but I guess there are many sides to our dear Kate.

from Lorena:
Wow, that is the most adorable family picture ever.
And I miss going to Dodger games! When I read your posts I often feel this strange sense of you being in the life I thought I was going to have...living in Santa Monica, hanging out at the beach, going to Dodger games, being suckered in to using clothe diapers, etc.

For the record, I'm inlove with Anna. Remind me to tell you the cutest story from Nursery on Sunday. She's the bomb.
