Our Lovely Little Anna-boo is Two

We threw Anna a little party today and I would say our little party was a lot of fun. It was jungle themed, as Anna told me she wanted a monkey party. I love sweet little two year olds, especially mine. She's always ready to have fun, but can also have a grand time eating trail-mix in the corner all by herself. Towards the end of the day I believe she was even catching on to the idea that all the hype was for her - that's a second child for you :) One of the biggest accomplishments of the day, second only to the yummy monkey bread cake; Anna was able to give away the goodie bags to her guests. Victory!

I would say that it was a lot of fun too.

And so would Clark.

Oh Andrea, it is SO CUTE! I love your table and decorations! You're such a good mom. My kids don't have friends over for parties 'til they're much older (Isaac's first was at 5, Noah still never has) because I'm so lazy. It looks like a great day for her. Nice job, and happy birthday to Anna!

I had asked the kids to ROAR - and some obliged and opened their mouths. And if my kids had as many cousins around as Isaac and Noah do we might not have friend parties as early either :)

Happy Birthday Anna - Your party looks way fun - that monkey bread looks yummy. I want a piece right now....decorations were really cute...It looks like all had a good time. Anna I don't even recognize you in some of the pictures. Are you sure that is you in the darling Chinese pajamas? I think it must be some other little girl. Take care and hope to see you soon. Love, Grandmama.....
