Reports

I have been working out with a trainer in the mornings 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks. It has been a really good experience for a lot of reasons. I was always active as a child, teenager, collegiate co-ed, and intermittently since having children. I think of myself as somewhat athletic. When I look at myself and don't see an athletic person looking back I feel like I've lost me, and this is a terrible feeling. So, thanks to Adam Brewer, I'm on the road to bringing Andrea back. This morning we had an assessment test where I dropped 46 seconds off my mile time and did 8 more push-ups in a minute than I did 4 weeks ago. Since I don't get a report card, don't have employee reviews, and the only assessment I give myself is if there was more or less crying day to day; this was a great feeling. Go me!

Andrea, that is so great! Congratulations! Getting up early to work out is the hardest thing when you have kids, I'm so impressed. Good for you!
