Domestic, dare I say, Diva?

Last Friday I had catastrophe after catastrophe in the domestic department. Bread that would not rise, a sewing machine that would not sew, and a very dirty kitchen and bathroom. Apparently the tides have changed as I've been able to use my new Christmas present

to make this deliciousness lately.

To all you bread making newbies I would recommend this bread recipe w/ the following changes, add 1 cup of oats, about 1 cup of sunflower seeds, and less honey all around. It impressed my bread loving husband, which is usually my goal anyway :)

I think it would be hard to impress Spencer with his background of a cook (his mother). Great job with your bread.

Thanks for the link... I'm stoked to try it. I desire to be domestic as well.

As for the Kitchenaid... best ever, huh! We got one for our wedding and I pull it out just to mix our pancake batter... just because I have a Kitchenaid. :)
