Is it wrong that I think this is pretty funny and want to build a similar bassinet for the baby? I think I might. We're going to be putting our condo up on the market in the spring and I don't want to move another large piece of furniture. We could role this into a closet during the showings. We'll see. Odds are good that I'll keep waffling until it's Feb 13th and there is no time to do anything.

dave's parents put their first kid in a DRAWER (they left it open). but they didn't have money for a crib! it's his dad's tradition to buy a crib for the first baby now so that nobody has to do that...i say it's better than a drawer, go for it.
I think that is so cute, where do you get one? I would do it if i were you. Good idea.
that is awesome! although, a drawer is very creative.
I found the idea on a website that only shipped in England. It was already priced at about $300 - so it's not really an option. I think I might make it as a toddler bed; otherwise I could see Kate pushing the baby into a wall or two.
