A Bit Sad Really

This morning I was helping Kate into her car seat when I realized that our stereo was missing. Somebody stole our piece of junk stereo! Three years ago somebody stole our lovely Alpine stereo, and I replaced it with a piece of junk. Now somebody stole the piece of junk. Speaking of piece of junk, our car is not nice. We haven't consistently locked the doors since the first time someone broke into our car - because replacing the smashed window was the most expensive part of the whole process. I give up. I know it's just stuff, but it is a bit creepy knowing that someone else was riffling through our car. I'm actually going to have to cleaned, it'll make me feel better. By the way, this is the third time an uninvited intruder has been in our car since we've moved to SLC. Boo on thieves!

That really sucks. We accidentally left our garage open one night and someone stole our electric saw and Sean's golf clubs. They are just things and we replaced them but it sucked because we already had them and it just makes you feel violated--I did not invite anyone into my garage or you into your car!

Good old Utah. I remember when we lived there when I was a kid and someone stole my mom's wicked awesome cassette tape collection out of our car. We left our garage door open 2 nights ago and nothing was stolen! I was so glad. Hope you can catch that scumbag!

we had our car window smashed and my entire CD collection was stolen last year outside my parents house. luckily the good cd's were in dave's car. imagine the shock of our thieves when they discovered a motab christmas, a rosie o'donnell christmas (why did i buy that?!) and loads of country. i wish i could've seen his face. so sorry about your poor car.

Spencer and I really liked your story about the thief who lucked out and got your Rosie O'Donnell CD. You are The Storyteller!
