Kate was a fierce tiger for Halloween. We had a great time trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Every year they barricade the same 2 streets, so there are no cars, and they have 3 different stations of hot chocolate along your walking route. It's very fun and a great chance to socialize as a neighborhood. It's one of my favorite things about where we live. Kate was exhausted by the end of the night, but managed to tell us that she never wanted to go home. This is a picture of her practicing her ferocious growl.

You really should go next year. It is darling. They have bonfires too. I noticed that lots of people were handing out glow sticks instead of candy, we also got 2 things of playdoh. Nice alternatives I think.
that sounds so fun. i love it when neighborhoods do things like that.
